I needed four wheels for my car. I ordered one wheel for my car because I wanted to make sure it fit. It came quickly, I tried it on, and it fit perfectly so I ordered three more. When they came, I took them all to the tire shop to have them mounted. They called and said only one fit my car. The three wheels are similar to the first one I ordered, but different enough to not fit over the brake caliper. Called the company and they refused any help. "You mount it you own it". They wouldn't even send the right rims. They said I had to order online. How would I know if the newly ordered rims would even fit? Not their problem they said. All 4 wheels had the same SKU number from their company. Not the same contents in the box. The tire shop had to special order the tires for these rims and now I have to pay for rims that don't fit and tires that I can't use. Stay away from this company unless you want to make a large donation to dishonest crooks.

Basically, these people sent me the wrong wheels. I was very specific when i ordered them and was assured they were right. Based on this i told my installer that they were "right". With much work they made them "right", as i did not have the luxury of time to have them remove my tires from these wheels so that i could send them back. I thought, no problem. It was their (All Factory Wheel) mistake, they'll make it right. Wrong. Their return policy is worded carefully to protect them from EVERYTHING. I was politely told it was my fault for not catching THEIR error. So when all was said and done these wheels ended up costing me about another $400.00 in parts and labor. When they wouldn't even meet me half way (all receipts etc. were supplied), I decided I would warn others to beware of this vendor. I see here that others have had bad experiences. I only wish I'd read up more on these people beforehand.

Allfactorywheels not good at all their service sux to return some rims is real difficult just to get the ups label took me like 3 weeks to return them and now to have my money credit back is another difficulty in getting my money in my account it been a month and I haven't gotten my money back what should I do should I go the they main company and start wilding out I'm that close to go there take a two hour ride on my car and start some *** I'm *** mad excuse my language

Never got my order
placed an order for a wheel online, sure they were quick to charge my credit card, but they never sent the wheel, awful place to shop! they said would check on the order and send me the tracking number, there was no tracking number since they never shipped anything. waste of time and unreliable service. they had no concerns for their mistake, no follow up on the order i made. after all they invented a story about security on the wheel but never told me about any issues, please find yourself a better place to purchase tires or wheels, unhappy customer!

Completely ripped off by Allfactory Wheels
I had a VERY unpleasant experience with AllFactory wheels. I ordered 4 wheels for my car and suffice it to say that after so much delay from them (in which it appears that their team was disconnected on the status of my delivery) causing MAJOR un-planned additional expenses (in car rental), they finally sent them to me after I had called them to cancel the order (after about 2 weeks or more of back and forth) I was finally happy to receive the wheels and used these to replace the ones on my car. I drove the car and it was vibrating so I took it back to the dealership and they found out that one of the wheels was bent internally, couldn't be repaired causing vibrations.... This is not visible but per the dealership, it appears that someone (Allfactory) had tried to 'repair' this wheel prior to sending it to me, meaning that they were aware that the wheel was bent prior to AllFactory wheels sending it to me (This made so much more sense because one of the many reason my wheels were delayed in the first place was because per feedback from them, they had received a wheel that was not functioning properly and were sourcing a replacement) When I went ahead and cancelled the order they then sent me the wheels (miraculously). I sent Allfactory wheels the picture, the report from the dealership and every technical detail and they said that they wouldn't be able to do anything because I had mounted the wheel - So I am stuck with the bent wheel and vibrations on my car after so much time, pain, effort and almost $2,000 in expenses. Buyers beware!!!!! I would have been better off buying the wheel from a reputable place but instead I went online trying to source it cheaply .. Penny wise, pound foolish! This organization will cheat you. Please steer clear of them

I had order some rim for my car I got send the wrong rim I'm trying to exchange them for the last three week I send them pictures of the rim order number my phone number I've never got contacted this is not a good company to shop online I feel like I'm stuck with the wrong rim their service sucks the employee helping me name is mark no help at all

allfactorywheels.com SCAM send me damaged wheels and one of them was bent. Audi dealership tested and found a lot of damages. This company send you old bent wheels. I returned the wheel and they never issued any credit. I called the bank and needed to depute the transaction. I even reported them to BBB and Ripoff report They say each time they have issued a refund and i never receive anything even the bank representative cant find anything and a lady called Melisa is giving me all the time different dates of when she issued the credit. This company is scam i found so many reviews even on youtube

I wish I saw this earlier.. they did the same thing to me for my Mercedez benz wheels!!
